ヘリコプターを1日単位で完全貸切。運航時間内なら回数制限なくご利用いただけます。全国800箇所の離発着ネットワークから、目的地・ルート・立ち寄りスポットまで全行程を自由にデザインいただけます。陸路では巡りきれない複数の目的地も、1日で結びます。行きたい場所を削るのではなく、すべてを1日に。空からの絶景とともに、完全プライベートな移動の自由をお届けします。

BAGGAGE |機内持ち込み手荷物について

機内持ち込み手荷物は、おひとり様1個までお持ち込みいただけます。これを超える手荷物は事前にお送りいただくか、有料にて宅配いたします。

IMPORTANT INFORMATION |留意事項

・飛行代金は1日貸切の基本料金として頂戴いたします。連日ご利用の場合、基本料金に対して2日目は75%・3日目以降は50%を適用させていただきます。

・料金に燃料費5時間分のデポジットを含んでおります。(4名乗り:120,000円 / 5・6名乗り:175,000円)。フライト後に実際の飛行実績に応じて差分を精算いたします。

・着陸料・地上員費・機長宿泊費など、フライトに付随して発生する費用は別途実費にてご請求申し上げます。旅程ごとに事前にご案内させていただきます。

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel for your own reasons, we will charge you the following cancellation fees:

If the cancellation is due to weather or other reasons beyond the customer's control, a full refund will be given.

Up to 5pm 4 days before the flight: None
Up to 5pm 3 days before the flight: 10%
Up until 5:00 p.m. two days before the flight: 30%
By 5pm on the day before your flight: 50%
Cancellation on the day/cancellation without permission: 100%

Insurance

Comprehensive Third-Party Passenger Liability Insurance

This insurance provides coverage in the event that, due to the ownership, use, or management of the insured aircraft, an accidental incident causes harm to the life or body of a third party outside the aircraft or a passenger, or damage to the property of a third party outside the aircraft or the passenger's baggage, and you are legally liable for compensation.

Disclaimer

・Flights may be canceled at the pilot’s discretion due to weather or other conditions. Generally, flights are canceled in case of rain or poor visibility.

・In the event of cancellation due to weather, a full refund will be provided.

・Flights may also be canceled unexpectedly due to mechanical issues or other problems with the aircraft. In such cases, a full refund will also be provided.

Points to Note

Our company will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:

  • When the individual has given consent.
  • When it is necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain consent due to urgent circumstances.
  • When it is necessary to cooperate with national or local government agencies, or entities commissioned by them, to perform their legally mandated duties, and obtaining consent would hinder the execution of those duties.
  • When disclosure or provision to a business contractor is necessary within the scope required to achieve the intended purpose.
  • When disclosure or provision to a third party is permitted under laws or other regulations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What happens in case of bad weather?
If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather on the day of departure, we will reschedule or refund your money (except for some plans and reservations). (Except for some plans and reservations.) Please be assured that no cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a flight cancellation.



Q. Is there a weight limit?
The maximum weight per seat is 120 kg, and the total weight is generally limited to 220 kg for three-seater aircraft (180 kg for Okinawa and Ishigaki), and 340 kg for five-seater aircraft. Please note that there are exceptions depending on the aircraft, and we may refuse your request in some cases.



Q. Is it possible to change my reservation?
Yes, it is possible. Please contact us at 0120-510-613. Cancellations for your convenience will be subject to the following cancellation fees. If cancellation is due to weather or other reasons not attributable to the customer, the full amount will be refunded.

Up to 5:00 p.m. 4 days prior to the flight: No charge

Up to 5:00 p.m. 3 days prior to flight: 10%.

Up to 5:00 p.m. 2 days prior to the flight: 30%.

Up to 5:00 p.m. the day before the flight: 50%.

On the day of the flight or if no notice is given: 100%.



Q. What should I do if I am late?
Please call the emergency number provided in the reservation receipt e-mail. We will take into consideration the availability of other passengers and adjust our schedule accordingly. Please note that your flight may be shortened or cancelled due to scheduling conflicts. In such cases, the difference will not be refunded.



Q. Are there any baggage restrictions?
A. No. Items that may be dangerous or disruptive to aircraft, personnel, or cargo are prohibited by law from being transported by air. Items that fall under the category of dangerous goods must be abandoned and disposed of on the spot.

Q. Is insurance included? What type of insurance is included?
Insurance fees are included in the flight charges. The types of insurance provided are as follows:

"Comprehensive Third-Party and Passenger Liability Insurance" is a policy that covers legal liabilities incurred due to accidental incidents related to the ownership, use, or management of the contracted aircraft. This insurance compensates for harm to the life or body of third parties or passengers outside the aircraft, or for damage to the property of third parties or the luggage of passengers.
