Can I change my reservation?

Changes are possible. Please contact us via the inquiry number. If you cancel due to your own circumstances, we will charge you a cancellation fee as follows. However, if you cancel due to weather or other reasons that are not attributable to you, we will refund the full amount.

Up to 5pm 4 days before the flight: Free
Up to 5pm 3 days before the flight: 10%
Up until 5:00 p.m. two days before the flight: 30%
Up until 5pm the day before the flight: 50%
On the day or if there is no contact: 100%

Please tell me the schedule on the day.

①Please come to the meeting place at the meeting time (30 minutes before your flight time).

②When you are checked in by an attendant, you will be asked to fill out the necessary information on the passenger list, and then you will be given an explanation of important points to note when boarding.

③You will be guided onto the aircraft when the scheduled time arrives.

④After enjoying your flight, you will be taken to take a commemorative photo and then disbanded.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather on the day, we will reschedule or refund your payment (excluding some plans and reservations). Please rest assured that no cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a cancellation.

Is there a weight limit?

There is a limit of 120kg per seat, and a total weight limit of 220kg for three-seater aircraft and 340kg for five-seater aircraft. There are exceptions depending on the expectations, so please understand that we may decline your request in some cases.

Are there any baggage restrictions?

Anything that may be dangerous or a nuisance to aircraft, personnel, or cargo is prohibited by law from being transported by air. Any items that qualify as dangerous goods must be disposed of on the spot. For more information, please click here .

Is insurance included?

Insurance is included in the flight fare. The types of insurance available are as follows:
"Third Party/Passenger Comprehensive Liability Insurance" is insurance that pays claims in the event that an accident resulting from the ownership, use, or management of a contracted aircraft causes injury to the life or body of a third party or passengers outside the aircraft, or damage to the property of a third party outside the aircraft or to passenger baggage, for which you are legally liable for damages.

What should I do if I am late?

Please call the emergency contact number listed in the reservation confirmation email. We will adjust the schedule taking into account the reservation status of other customers. Due to schedule constraints, the flight time may be shortened or the reservation may be canceled. In such cases, there will be no refund of the difference in fare.
