Can I change my reservation?

Changes are possible. Please contact us via the inquiry number. If you cancel due to your own circumstances, we will charge you a cancellation fee as follows. However, if you cancel due to weather or other reasons that are not attributable to you, we will refund the full amount.

Up to 5pm 4 days before the flight: Free
Up to 5pm 3 days before the flight: 10%
Up until 5:00 p.m. two days before the flight: 30%
Up until 5pm the day before the flight: 50%
On the day or if there is no contact: 100%

Please tell me the schedule on the day.

①Please come to the meeting place at the meeting time (30 minutes before your flight time).

②When you are checked in by an attendant, you will be asked to fill out the necessary information on the passenger list, and then you will be given an explanation of important points to note when boarding.

③You will be guided onto the aircraft when the scheduled time arrives.

④After enjoying your flight, you will be taken to take a commemorative photo and then disbanded.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather on the day, we will reschedule or refund your payment (excluding some plans and reservations). Please rest assured that no cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a cancellation.

Are there any weight restrictions?

Each seat has a weight limit of up to 120kg. The total weight limit is approximately 220kg for a 3-passenger aircraft and 340kg for a 5-passenger aircraft. Please note that there may be exceptions depending on the aircraft, and in some cases, we may need to decline a booking based on these limitations. Thank you for your understanding.

Are there any restrictions on carry-on luggage?

Items that may pose a danger or cause inconvenience to the aircraft, crew, or passengers are prohibited by law from being transported by air. Any items classified as hazardous will need to be surrendered and disposed of on the spot.

Is insurance included?

Yes, insurance is included in the flight fee. The insurance provided is a"Comprehensive Liability Insurance for Third Parties and Passengers."This insurance covers legal liability in the event of accidental incidents caused by the ownership, use, or management of the aircraft that result in bodily injury or death to third parties or passengers outside the aircraft, or damage to property of third parties or passengers’ baggage. Compensation will be provided under such circumstances.

What should I do if I am late?

Please call the emergency contact number listed in your booking confirmation email. We will try to adjust the schedule based on the reservations of other customers. However, due to scheduling constraints, your flight time may be shortened or treated as a cancellation. In such cases,n o refunds will be issued for any time or cost differences.
