After you have filled out the necessary information on the passenger list, a staff will explain the important points to note when boarding.
③ Boarding
When the scheduled time arrives, a staff member will escort you onto the aircraft.
④ Flight
Enjoy your flight and then take a commemorative photo in front of the helicopter before disbanding.

- The flight may be canceled at the captain's discretion due to weather or other reasons.
- Generally, flights will be cancelled if it rains or there is poor visibility.
- If the event is cancelled due to weather, a full refund will be given.

- If you cancel due to your own reasons, we will charge you the following cancellation fee. However, if you cancel due to reasons other than your own reasons, such as weather, we will refund the full amount.

By 5pm on the day before your flight: 50%

If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather on the day, we will reschedule or refund your payment (excluding some plans and reservations). Please rest assured that no cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a cancellation.

There is a maximum weight limit of 120kg per seat, and a total weight limit of 220kg for three-seater aircraft and 340kg for five-seater aircraft. There are exceptions depending on the aircraft, so please understand that we may refuse your request in some cases.

Anything that may be dangerous or a nuisance to aircraft, personnel, or cargo is prohibited by law from being transported by air. Any items that qualify as dangerous goods must be disposed of on the spot. For more information, please click here .

What should I do if I am late?
Please call the emergency contact number listed in the reservation confirmation email. We will adjust the schedule taking into account the reservation status of other customers. Due to schedule constraints, the flight time may be shortened or the reservation may be canceled. In such cases, there will be no refund of the difference in fare.
