To make an online reservation, please follow the steps below. We also accept reservations by phone, email, and our official LINE account.
①Select date and time: Select the date and time you want from the calendar.
②Apply: Fill in the required information on the form and proceed to payment.
③Receive reservation completion email: Check the reservation details and the procedure for the day by email.

Reservations are required. Please select your desired date and time from the details screen of each plan and make a reservation.

Yes, that is possible. Even if you are not boarding the flight, you can come to the heliport on the day of the flight.
*Please be sure to notify us in advance of the number of people attending.

Insurance is included in the flight fare. The types of insurance are as follows:
"Third Party/Passenger Comprehensive Liability Insurance" is insurance that pays claims in the event that an accident resulting from the ownership, use, or management of a contracted aircraft causes injury to the life or body of a third party or passengers outside the aircraft, or damage to the property of a third party outside the aircraft or to passenger baggage, for which you are legally liable for damages.

This may change. For sightseeing tours, the minimum number of participants is two, so even if you have one person on board, you will be charged the fare for two people. For some plans, such as charter flights, the price is per aircraft, so the price does not change depending on the number of people.

*Payment by credit card is limited to one-time payments. If you wish to pay in installments, please contact your card company after purchase.

Children 2 years old or younger may travel free of charge if they sit on an adult's lap, up to the number listed below. Children 3 years old or older must occupy a seat. (There is no child fare, so please make a reservation at the regular fare.)
3-seater aircraft: up to 1 person
4- and 5-seater aircraft: up to 2 people
6-seater aircraft: up to 3 people

Flight time is the total time from when the aircraft takes off to when it lands.

Depending on helicopter availability, we can provide helicopters in some areas, such as Tokyo Heliport and JPD Kyoto Heliport. Additional fees will apply, so please contact us here.
Regarding the flow and weather on the day

①Please come to the meeting place at the meeting time (15 minutes before your flight time, 15 minutes before for JPD Kyoto Heliport only).
②When you are checked in by an attendant, you will be asked to fill out the necessary information on the passenger list, and then you will be given an explanation of important points to note when boarding.
③You will be guided onto the aircraft when the scheduled time arrives.
④After enjoying your flight, you will be taken to take a commemorative photo and then disbanded.

If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather on the day, we will reschedule or refund your payment (excluding some plans and reservations). Please rest assured that no cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a cancellation.

Please call the emergency contact number listed in the reservation confirmation email. We will adjust the schedule taking into account the reservation status of other customers. Due to schedule constraints, the flight time may be shortened or the reservation may be canceled. In such cases, there will be no refund of the difference in fare.

Because we fly below the clouds, you can see the scenery even on cloudy days, but the scenery is more beautiful on clear days. Flights may be possible even if it is light rain. However, even on cloudy days without rain, if the cloud height does not meet the flight safety standards, the flight may be canceled.

There are no restrooms at the heliport, so please use them before coming.
*Restrooms are available only at Tokyo Heliport and JPD Kyoto Heliport.

Parking is available. If you would like to use the parking lot at Tokyo Heliport, please let us know the type and license plate number of your vehicle in advance.

There is a limit of 120kg per seat, and a total weight limit of 220kg for three-seater aircraft and 340kg for five-seater aircraft. There are exceptions depending on the expectations, so please understand that we may decline your request in some cases.

Anything that may be dangerous or a nuisance to aircraft, personnel, or cargo is prohibited by law from being transported by air. Any items that qualify as dangerous goods must be disposed of on the spot. For more information, please click here.

With the exception of some plans, the plan is private. There are no tour conductors other than the pilot, so please enjoy a private space with your loved ones. (There are some exceptions, such as shared transportation plans.)

There is no age restriction for boarding, so as long as you have no problems walking and getting on and off the plane, you can board. You will need to step on a 20cm high step to board.

There are no particular restrictions on boarding, but as there is a possibility that it may affect your body, if you have any concerns, please consult your doctor in advance. Please note that in the unlikely event that an injury occurs, we will not be able to provide compensation.

Generally, eating and drinking are prohibited on board. You can bring water, tea, etc. in a container with a lid such as a plastic bottle, but you cannot bring alcohol. There is no restriction on drinking before the flight, but please refrain from drinking immediately before the flight as it may make you feel sick during the flight.

Yes, you can. Please enjoy taking photos with your smartphone or camera.

Please turn off your aircraft in airplane mode or turn off the power. This also applies to Bluetooth earphones. Violations may be subject to a fine of up to 500,000 yen. (Article 164, Paragraph 15 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Aviation Act)

You can talk using a headset with a microphone. You can also have a separate line so the pilot cannot hear you.

The time you select when making a reservation is the takeoff time. Please arrive at the heliport approximately 30 minutes before your departure time. *For heliports other than JPD Kyoto Heliport, please arrive 15 minutes before.
