You can travel by helicopter from Onna Village, where resort hotels are lined up, to Naha Airport.

・Taxis are required from the helicopter landing area to Naha Airport Terminal. Customers must make a reservation in advance.
We will inform you about the taxi company after the reservation is confirmed.

・Flights may be canceled at the captain's discretion due to weather or other reasons.
・In general, the flight will be canceled in case of rain or poor visibility.
・If the tour is canceled due to weather, a full refund will be given.


The heliport of Onna Village is located in the parking lot of Okinawa Kariyushi Beach Resort Ocean Spa.
Kariyushi Co., Ltd. may disclose or provide information such as the customer's name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address to the extent necessary for boarding.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel for your own reasons, we will charge you the following cancellation fees:

If the cancellation is due to weather or other reasons beyond the customer's control, a full refund will be given.

Up to 5pm 4 days before the flight: None
Up to 5pm 3 days before the flight: 10%
Up until 5:00 p.m. two days before the flight: 30%
By 5pm on the day before your flight: 50%
Cancellation on the day/cancellation without permission: 100%


Third Party Passenger Comprehensive Liability Insurance

This is insurance that pays claims in the event that an accident resulting from the ownership, use, or management of a contracted aircraft causes injury to the life or body of a third party or passengers outside the aircraft, or damage to the property of a third party outside the aircraft or to passenger baggage, for which legal liability is incurred.


・The flight may be canceled due to weather conditions or other reasons at the captain's discretion.

Generally, flights are canceled in the event of rain or poor visibility.

・ If the tour is cancelled due to weather, a full refund will be given.

・Flights may be canceled suddenly due to aircraft malfunctions, etc.

In that case we will give you a full refund

Important Notice

We will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

・When the individual has given their consent

・When the information is necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent, such as in an emergency.

・When it is necessary to cooperate with a national government agency, local government, or a person commissioned by them to carry out duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the individual's consent is likely to impede the performance of said duties.

Q. What happens in case of bad weather?
If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather on the day of departure, we will reschedule or refund your money (except for some plans and reservations). (Except for some plans and reservations.) Please be assured that no cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a flight cancellation.

Q. Is there a weight limit?
A. There is a weight limit of 120 kg per seat, 220 kg for a 3-seat aircraft, and 340 kg for a 5-seat aircraft. Please note that there are some exceptions depending on the aircraft, and we may not be able to accept some cases.

Q. Is it possible to change my reservation?
Yes, it is possible. Please contact us at 0120-510-613. Cancellations for your convenience will be subject to the following cancellation fees. If cancellation is due to weather or other reasons not attributable to the customer, the full amount will be refunded.

Up to 5:00 p.m. 4 days prior to the flight: No charge

Up to 5:00 p.m. 3 days prior to flight: 10%.

Up to 5:00 p.m. 2 days prior to the flight: 30%.

Up to 5:00 p.m. the day before the flight: 50%.

On the day of the flight or if no notice is given: 100%.

Q. What should I do if I am late?
Please call the emergency number provided in the reservation receipt e-mail. We will take into consideration the availability of other passengers and adjust our schedule accordingly. Please note that your flight may be shortened or cancelled due to scheduling conflicts. In such cases, the difference will not be refunded.

Q. Are there any baggage restrictions?
A. No. Items that may be dangerous or disruptive to aircraft, personnel, or cargo are prohibited by law from being transported by air. Items that fall under the category of dangerous goods must be abandoned and disposed of on the spot.

Q. Is insurance included? What type of insurance is included?
Insurance fees are included in the flight charges. The types of insurance provided are as follows:

"Comprehensive Third-Party and Passenger Liability Insurance" is a policy that covers legal liabilities incurred due to accidental incidents related to the ownership, use, or management of the contracted aircraft. This insurance compensates for harm to the life or body of third parties or passengers outside the aircraft, or for damage to the property of third parties or the luggage of passengers.
