A collaboration between Coral Heli's "Phantom Island Plan" and Big Beach's "Phantom Island Half-Day Snorkeling Tour"!

Cruise while listening to the talk of an island guide, and then land on the mysterious island.
This is a completely private tour where you can enjoy photography, beach combing (searching for star sand and collecting coral), and snorkeling in the beautiful areas around the island, without sharing with other groups.

[Cancellation decision]

・Even if the weather is fine, if the waves are high, the marine activities may be canceled. In that case, the cost of the marine activities will be refunded.
・The tour may be canceled due to sudden changes in sea conditions or weather.

If a Big Beach guide determines you are under the influence of alcohol, you will not be able to participate.

-If any of the following conditions apply to you-

Please apply only if you agree to the following terms.
・We cannot provide any compensation if you are unable to participate on the day due to being under the influence of alcohol.
・We may disclose or provide personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address to the extent necessary for helicopter boarding.

【cancellation policy】

・2 days before (the day before) 50%
・The day before or on the day: 100%
・If the entire tour is canceled due to a typhoon or bad weather, there will be no cancellation fee.

・天候等を理由とする機長の判断によりフライトが中止となる場合があります

一般的に雨や視界不良の場合はフライト中止となります。

・天候による中止の場合、全額返金いたします

・機体の不具合等で急遽フライトが中止となる場合があります

その場合も全額返金いたします

留意事項

当社では次のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に開示・提供いたしません

・ご本人の同意がある場合

・人の生命・身体または財産の保護のために必要な場合であって、緊急を要するなど、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合

・国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合

・利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、業務委託先に開示または提供す場合

・その他法令等に基づき第三者に対する開示または提供が許される場合

Q. What happens in case of bad weather?
If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather on the day of departure, we will reschedule or refund your money (except for some plans and reservations). (Except for some plans and reservations.) Please be assured that no cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a flight cancellation.



Q. Is there a weight limit?
A. There is a weight limit of 120 kg per seat, 220 kg for a 3-seat aircraft, and 340 kg for a 5-seat aircraft. Please note that there are some exceptions depending on the aircraft, and we may not be able to accept some cases.



Q. Is it possible to change my reservation?
Yes, it is possible. Please contact us at 0120-510-613. Cancellations for your convenience will be subject to the following cancellation fees. If cancellation is due to weather or other reasons not attributable to the customer, the full amount will be refunded.

Up to 5:00 p.m. 4 days prior to the flight: No charge

Up to 5:00 p.m. 3 days prior to flight: 10%.

Up to 5:00 p.m. 2 days prior to the flight: 30%.

Up to 5:00 p.m. the day before the flight: 50%.

On the day of the flight or if no notice is given: 100%.



Q. What should I do if I am late?
Please call the emergency number provided in the reservation receipt e-mail. We will take into consideration the availability of other passengers and adjust our schedule accordingly. Please note that your flight may be shortened or cancelled due to scheduling conflicts. In such cases, the difference will not be refunded.



Q. Are there any baggage restrictions?
A. No. Items that may be dangerous or disruptive to aircraft, personnel, or cargo are prohibited by law from being transported by air. Items that fall under the category of dangerous goods must be abandoned and disposed of on the spot.

Q. Is insurance included? What type of insurance is included?
Insurance fees are included in the flight charges. The types of insurance provided are as follows:

"Comprehensive Third-Party and Passenger Liability Insurance" is a policy that covers legal liabilities incurred due to accidental incidents related to the ownership, use, or management of the contracted aircraft. This insurance compensates for harm to the life or body of third parties or passengers outside the aircraft, or for damage to the property of third parties or the luggage of passengers.
