・Cave exploration tours can be conducted even in rainy weather. If the course is deemed dangerous due to rising water levels, the tour will be cancelled.
・If the cave exploration tour is canceled, the cave exploration fee will be refunded.
If the helicopter tour is cancelled due to a sudden change in weather , the cost of the helicopter tour will be refunded.

If a Big Beach guide determines you are under the influence of alcohol, you will not be able to participate.

Please call the emergency number provided in the reservation receipt e-mail. We will take into consideration the availability of other passengers and adjust our schedule accordingly. Please note that your flight may be shortened or cancelled due to scheduling conflicts. In such cases, the difference will not be refunded.
Q. Are there any baggage restrictions?
A. No. Items that may be dangerous or disruptive to aircraft, personnel, or cargo are prohibited by law from being transported by air. Items that fall under the category of dangerous goods must be abandoned and disposed of on the spot.
