We have started selling a collaborative plan that combines Kyoto cuisine Haku's "Seasonal Kaiseki Course" with a tour of the "Lake Biwa Fireworks."
After enjoying a Japanese kaiseki meal at Kyoto cuisine restaurant Haku, you can take a helicopter flight over the night skyline and enjoy the view of fireworks, a seasonal sight in summer, from high in the sky.
[What is Kyoto cuisine foil?]
Haku is a Kyoto cuisine restaurant located along the Kamo River near Sanjo Ohashi Bridge.
Chef Takeshima wants his guests to "enjoy the changing of the seasons with all five senses."
With this thought in mind, each dish at Haku Kaiseki Kyoto cuisine is carefully prepared.
Our chef's carefully selected dashi broth and seasonal ingredients allow you to enjoy the flavors of "Hashiri," "Sakari," and "Nagori."
The building with foil was a Japanese restaurant called Shikokuya Tantora at the end of the Edo period.
Tanko is said to be the place where Takechi Hanpeita, one of the Four Heavenly Kings of Tosa, lived when he came to Kyoto.
The tokonoma alcove in the Hanpei-no-ma room where Takechi spent his time and the earthen wall at the entrance where the remains of the box staircase remain remain in their original state.
Each room features calligraphy by great people, and you can feel the evidence of the hotel's history everywhere.
